The Grand Shipbuilding Project Event.

First we need to talk to the port official and select the button for 'To Small Port Town' then talk to Meymey.

After talking to Meymey you need to head to a town that corresponds to your nation and speak with the NPC listed below, then we speak with the Shipbuilding Researcher.

Once speaking with the Shipbuilding Researcher we need to deliver 200 of a random trade good.
The trade goods that will be required randomly are:
Black-mud, Sand, Sulfur, Bronze, Coal, Iron, Copper, Steel, Logs, Lumber, Aluminum Alloy, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Heavy Oil, Jute, Flax, Raw Silk, Fur, Leather, Coconut Fiber, Sisal, Linin Fabric, Silk Fabric, Cotton Fabric, Woollen Fabric, Cannon, Cannon Shot, Leather Cord, Bronze Statue, Marble Statue.

Quick tip. When your nation is in IR(Industrial Revolution) status you can use a stockpile feature to buy most of the IR trade goods required for the Shipbuilding Researcher, instead of having find/buy all the ingredients. Use the Blast Furnace and select a recipe you need.

Part 1
of the event is delivering 200 of a random trade good mentioned above, that will be known to you once talking to the Shipbuilding Researcher. This can be done once per day and offers 10 points in the event, that's it, pretty simple.

Part 2, Submit Ocean Survey Reports will be talking to NPCs in certain towns depending on your own nation.
Start by talking to the named NPCs in your event towns(Liza, Baltazar etc), then speak to the Shipbuidling Researcher and choose the task of Ocean Survey Reports, then travel to the towns listed below according to your nation.

Spain: Santo Domingo; at the Shipyard.
Portugal: Inhambane; at the Shipyard.
Venice: Aden; at the Shipyard.
France: Havana; Tavern.
Netherlands: Cape Town; Near the Town Official.
England: Tamatave; Tavern.
Ottoman: Goa, India. Just West of the Shipyard.

Each report awards 10 points and is once per day.

Part 3, Report Battle Results(Novice Raider) involves defeating a fleet named Novice Raider at numerous locations around Europe, Caribbean and S/N America. These fleets are comprised of very weak ships and the more convenient fleets are located at NW of Gijon, NE of Edinburgh, SE of Syracuse and NW of Casablanca.

Important: Speak with your nation's named NPC, then the Shipbuilding Researcher before heading out to defeat the event fleets. Very simple and awards 20 points and is once per day.

Gift Box No.3 has a chance to award the *Nation* High Marshal Uniform. Not a bad Uniform for Ventus especially and aesthically looks great.
The stats and skills will be identical across all nation's uniforms.

Part 4 has 2 options, Report Battle Results(Master Raider) and Gather a Token of Appreciation.

Report Battle Results(Master Raider) involves defeating Elite Pirate Crew(name may differ) and are located at:
India, West Coast, SW of Goa.
South Indian Ocean, coords 3525, 4582
Bay of Bengal, S of Calcutta.
Central Indian Ocean, NE of Diego Garcia farm.

Important: First speak with your named NPC at your nation's event town. Then speak with the researcher to begin Part 4.

We need to defeat these fleets 10 times per day and sinking the admiral quickly will suffice, no need to sink all ships in the fleets.

These Elite fleets should be easy to sink for some players. And for those that want to sink them but lack skills/ships/cannons to do so, you can use Amulet of the Sun.
As always when it comes to quickly defeating NPC fleets you will want to immediately go into melee with their admiral with a high melee attack build, and using Marine Corps job+Marine Corps Boston skills will quickly defeat the admiral in melee.
Otherwise using AOS will do the job.

We earn 300 points and this is once per day. Please note: There is some confusion on Maris that this part is repeatable without a limit. There is a limit! See below for the method that does not have a limit.

Gather a Token of Appreciation: This part has no limit and you can hit the 12,000 point cap with this method.
I will expand on the trade goods needed for this part below. But first I will just list off what is needed. Like Part 1 we deliver trade goods to the Shipbuilding Researcher again. The goods are:

Sturgeon x20, Herb Oil x20, Herb Salt x20, Rare Books x20, Milk Wine x2, Peacock Feathers x1, Chinese Paintings x5, Cedar x20, Garam Masala x20.

Delivering a randomized request from the NPC awards 40 poionts and has no limit, can be done multiple times per day.

Onto the rewards and what to use our points for!

I recomend we only use our points to purchase Gift Box (No.4) at the Shipbuilding Secretary.

The Gift Box (No.4) thats costs 100 points to purchase, and will be available to purchase in Part 4 starting May 20th 2026, has a chance to give us a national reinforced hull, not to be confused with Official Hulls we already have ingame. These new hulls we acquire from this time limited event can build incredible, player built ships. For every 3,000 points earned during this event, you can acquire an item from the Shipbuilding Secretary such as a national flag decoration, national crest, National Marshal Unifrom or the National Reinforced Hull to build the great new ships.

Ottoman Galleass II.
Can be used as a trading rowship.
Quite low lvls, as with all of these event ships.
Without the minimum crew needed to sail shown I can't know for sure the exact cargo it can have, but it will around 1,236 cargo at +25% max hold/cargo.
In teak panel stats, 4x 41/41-1 sails, 2x 24v Spankers it will have 602v/607h sail speeds.

If modded for battle, an impressive 1,886 dura in national military panel stats (+41% dura) and 393 crew.
These stats are at G6 max modded. The ship is built with Red Pine panel as default,

Atlantica II.
Around 1,460 cargo at G6 max modded. Nanban Trade Preference as optional skill, no EA though.
Good sail speeds, pretty low levels needed.
Can be used as alt or aide ship though with those good sail speeds will work as lead ship.
Great turn/WR/Armour base stats.
I would even consider going SU123 on grades, Steam Engine as Original skill to use as lead ship and forgetting about EA inherit. Or EA inherit, SU12 for grades.
In Teak Paneling the Atlantica II with 3x 41/41-1 sails, 2x24v Spankers, the ship will be 645v/692h at G6 max modded. The ship is built in Oak panel as default. The Atlantica II should perform almost identically in terms of top speed, acceleration, turning etc to the City of Adelaide, however the Atlantica II needs significantly less levels needed to sail it but remember it does not have Emergency Acceleration.

San Felipe II.
1,904 dura with national military stats (+41% dura) and 351 crew at G6 max modded, very impressive. It has an odd but good set off of skills available including Emergency Acceleration, this has some OK sail speeds so maybe something you might want.
Comes in Iron panel as default.
With +25% range and max cargo/min crew refit(Around 170 crew after mods refit) it can have around 1,068 cargo making it a very useful aide battle ship too.

Golden Hind II.
Not to be confused with the original FS Golden Hind, this iteration is purely set as an Adventure ship.
Decent sail speeds with useful skills for adventuring including Reference Room and Hauling Assistance and Emergency Acceleration.
The ship is built in Iron paneling as default but with a Teak Paneling and using
3x 41/41-1 sails and 2x 24v Spankers it will be 651v/650h on sail speeds at G6 max modded, and it will accelerate well making it a great ship for adventure tasks including for shipwrecks with Hauling Assistance and 223 crew as default after a refit.
Reference Room I'm told is a good and sought after skill for adventurers(I'm an Adv noob).

Neapolitan Galleass II.
At G6 max modded in Teak Paneling the sails speed with 3x 41/41-1 sails and 2x 24v Spankers is 609v/508h.
At +25% range it will have around 1,183 cargo making it a fast row trader.

If modded for battle, in a National Military Panel(+41% dura) it will have 1,869 dura at G6 max modded and it can have an impressive 410 crew. Its built in Iron Paneling.

La Belle II.
With a Teak Paneling and G6 max modded
with 2x 41/41-1 sails, 2x 24v Spankers it will have 652v/614h.
It's rather generic and nothing really stands out, including the skills, but its still a very quick and agile ship for getting around.
It has 199 crew as default after a refit (and before grades and mods) making it useful for raising shipwrecks. It is built in Oak Paneling by default.

Prins Willem II.
With a Teak Paneling and G6 max modded
with 3x 41/41-1 sails, 2x 24v Spankers it will have 624v/613h.
Without knowing the minimum crew needed to sail I can't work out the exact cargo but it will be around 1,400.
Prins Willem II does have useful skills including Nanban Trade Preference, Emergency Acceleration and Quality Luxury Goods Storage. The ship is built in Beech Paneling by default.

These new ships have more skills than their older counterparts so check https://uwo.papayaplay.com/uwo.do?tp=news.view&postid=4030 for their skills.

I know a few players wanting the Golden Hind II for the Reference Room skill for example.

Part 4 Trade goods.

There are 9 trade goods you will need, all are listed below and how to acquire or craft.

Sturgeon.

There are a few locations for Sturgeon but I found this location right outside of Black Sea East Coast to be the best and it's safe.

I haven't found any reliable info on what rank of fishing is needed, but you'll want highest possible fishing rank using any boosters, and also equipping Field Activities 1 and 2 Oxford skills, as well as Fisher's Skills 1 and 2 Boston skills if you have them available.

Herb Oil.

Herb Salt.

Garam Masala.

Rare Books.

Milk Wine.

Milk Wine is most efficiently acquired from the Shipwreck Route Map from reading Geography at Naples Archives, and it has to show 'off the coast of the Canary Islands.' or it's not the map you need. You can acquire 1 map from reading Geo, pass the map to your alt and repeat to acquire many copies of the map. Since we only need 2x Milk Wine per donation when requested, you don't need many maps. Maybe as low as 3 maps will see you through Part 4 per characater.

Peacock Feathers.

Peacock Feathers are pretty simple and we only need 1xPeacock Feathers per request.
Collection rank 5 or above at
West Indian Coast.
Use Field Activities 1 and 2 Oxford skills if you have them available.

Cedar.

Cedar is another simple task to acquire.
Head to Jaffa, then leave to Southeast Jaffa and use Collection rank 4 or above.
Use Field Activities 1 and 2 Oxford skills if you have them available.

Chinese Paintings.
Not be confused with
Chinese Calligraphywork the nanban trade good.
This has 2 methods of acquiring. The first I'll mention is from Leshan Giant Buddha dungeon. Upper, middle or lower floors all drop Chinese Paintings from chests.

The second method is from another Shipwreck Route Map from reading Geography at the Istanbul archives but requires Recognition/Unlock rank 9 but the map does reward a good amount of Chinese Paintings, and I recomend farming atleast 10+ maps before heading to India South Coast (Around 3630 , 4440 coords, credit to Nekos). It can take 1-3 Headache Meds to acquire just 1 map for Chinese Paintings, its stubborn to drop.

This is probably the most difficult trade good for some players to acquire, so if you're unable to acquire the Chinese Paintings then I suggest buying them from players or ask your company for help.

Additional Information:
For every 3,000 points we spend at the Shipbuilding Secretary, we will be awarded a bonus gift from the Shipbuilding Secretary and I suggest choosing the National Reinforced Hull.
If crafting/gathering trade goods is not your thing, you can just defeat the Elite Fleet in Part 4 to earn 3,000 points which is enough for 1 hull.

Scaramouche did work out the points we can acquire from this event from which parts. Thank you Scaramouche.
Part 1. 540 points
Part 2. 400 points
Part 3. 520 points
Part 4a. 3,600 points from deteating the event fleets (I think this might actually be 3,300?)
Part 4b. 174 donations of the above mentioned trade goods to end up at the limit of 12,000 points.

Doing all the tasks for all 4 parts at least once will grant you a 1-time free *Insert your nation* Gift Box (No.4) from your national named NPC which has a chance to drop the reinforced hull.

    1. Checking today and will update once we know for sure. One player is reporting that he ahs done part 1 and 2 tasks today yet only received points for part 1 so it may a case of compete any task per day from any part and its limited to once per day, per all parts.

  2. Okay it's not once per day for all parts. You can earn points for each part per day.
